Chic ken - 500 g
- 4 big size
paste - 2 tsps
Pepper - 1/2 tsp
- 1/2 tsp
powder- 1-2 tsps
- 1/2 cup
powder - 2 pinches
- 8 leaves
- for garnishing
Salt - as required
Oil - 5 to 6 tbsps
How to Make Spicy Chicken
First clean the chicken and marinate it with pepper, red chilli powder, curd, pepper, salt and ginger garlic paste for 30-60 mins.
After marinating, take a kadai and pour oil into it.
Now add the chopped curry leaves, chopped onions (small and cube shaped pieces) and chilli pieces into it.
Allow them to fry for 5 mins in low flame.
Then add the marinated chicken into it and mix it properly.
Then, put the lid and let the chicken cook on low flame.
Keep stirring in regular periods for at least 15-20 mins.
Once the chicken pieces become soft, add 2 pinches of garam masala powder and stir it once again.
Now, add 1/2 a cup of water and cover the kadai with a lid.
Allow it to cook for 5 mins in low flame.
Then garnish it with Coriander leaves and serve it hot.
