How to Make Spicy chole in coconut milk

  • Heat oil, add the mustard seeds. When it splutters, saute the chopped onions and green chillies till it's transparent.
  • Add chole and mix it well with the masala.
  • Add enough salt, water and coconut milk and bring it to a boil.
  • Season it with curry leaves. This goes well with idli and dosa.
