Ingredients

  • Butter - 4 tbsp
  • Onion - 1/2 cup, grated
  • Button Mushrooms - 100 gms, sliced
  • Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Kasoori Methi - 2 tsp
  • Maida - 1 tbsp
  • Tomato puree - 1/2 cup
  • Fresh Cream - 1/2 cup
  • Tinned sweet Corn kernels - 1 cup, drained
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • How to Make Spicy Corn and Mushroom on Toast:

    1. Melt butter and fry onions in it till light brown.
    2. Add mushrooms and fry till soft.
    3. Add chilli powder, garam masala and kasoori methi.
    4. Stir for few seconds.
    5. Add maida and fry for 30 seconds.
    6. Add tomato puree, fresh cream, corn, salt and sugar.
    7. Simmer for 5 mins. Pour hot on toast and serve.
