How to Make Spicy Corn Chaat

  • For tinned corn, wash the corn in a colander and keep it aside to drain.
  • For fresh corn, boil it and separate the corn kernels.
  • In a pan pour oil and add jeera. Let it splutter.
  • Then add the chillies and onions and sautee it.
  • Add the corn, salt, chilli powder, and garam masala and sautee for some more time.
  • Remove from heat, garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot.
