Ingredients

  • 200g - fresh Corn/ 1 can - Corn kernels
  • 3-4 - Green chillies
  • 2 - onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp - Jeera
  • Salt - to taste
  • 2 tsp - oil
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 1/2 tsp - chilli powder
  • A few sprigs - Coriander leaves
  • How to Make Spicy Corn Chaat:

    1. For tinned corn, wash the corn in a colander and keep it aside to drain.
    2. For fresh corn, boil it and separate the corn kernels.
    3. In a pan pour oil and add jeera. Let it splutter.
    4. Then add the chillies and onions and sautee it.
    5. Add the corn, salt, chilli powder, and garam masala and sautee for some more time.
    6. Remove from heat, garnish with coriander leaves.
    7. Serve hot.
