  • 300g Corn off the cob/kernels
  • 8 Curry leaves
  • 4 Green chillies chopped
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp chopped Coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • How to Make Spicy corn kernels:

    1. Cook the corn till soft with a little water.
    2. Heat oil in a pan, saute the green chillies and curry leaves for 2-3 mins.
    3. Add the cooked corn, lime juice and mix well.
    4. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
