Ingredients

  • 4 - meaty Crab claws
  • 1/2 cup - onion, minced
  • 2 tsp - ginger, minced
  • 2 tsp - garlic, minced
  • 1.5 tsp - Kashmir chilli powder
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • 2 tsp - Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp - MSG (optional)
  • 2 tsp - Sugar
  • 4 tsp - soya sauce
  • 2 tsp - Corn flour
  • Spring onions to garnish
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Spicy Crab Claws:

    1. Cut each crab claw into two.
    2. Heat the oil and fry onion, ginger and garlic till fragrant.
    3. Mix chilli powder with vinegar. Add the paste into the pan and fry for few seconds.
    4. Add crab claws, salt, MSG (optional), sugar, soya sauce and 1/2 cup water.
    5. Simmer till the claws are cooked.
    6. Mix corn flour with 1/2 cup of water and add.
    7. Simmer till the sauce thickens.
    8. Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot with noodles.
