Ingredients

  • 4 - meaty Crab claws
  • 1/2 cup - onion, minced
  • 2 tsp - ginger, minced
  • 2 tsp - garlic, minced
  • 1.5 tsp - Kashmir chilli powder
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • 2 tsp - Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp - MSG (optional)
  • 2 tsp - Sugar
  • 4 tsp - soya sauce
  • 2 tsp - Corn flour
  • Spring onions to garnish
  • salt to taste

How to Make Spicy Crab Claws

  • Cut each crab claw into two.
  • Heat the oil and fry onion, ginger and garlic till fragrant.
  • Mix chilli powder with vinegar. Add the paste into the pan and fry for few seconds.
  • Add crab claws, salt, MSG (optional), sugar, soya sauce and 1/2 cup water.
  • Simmer till the claws are cooked.
  • Mix corn flour with 1/2 cup of water and add.
  • Simmer till the sauce thickens.
  • Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot with noodles.
