Ingredients

  • Rui or bhetki fish - 500 g
  • Onion paste - 4 tbsp
  • Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • Ginger paste - 1/2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Red Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Cumins powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Sour Curd - 100 g
  • Garam Masala - 1/2 tbsp
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Oil - 4 tbsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • How to Make Spicy Fish Delight:

    1. Wash the pieces of fish well, dry and keep aside.
    2. Mix all the ingredients - except sugar - with the oil and apply on the pieces of fish.
    3. Allow to marinate for about 2 hours.
    4. Add half a cup of water and allow to cook well. Add sugar.
    5. Remove from fire when done and garnish with coriander leaves.
    6. Serve hot with rice.
