Ingredients

  • 2 - eggs beaten well
  • 1/2 fish - cut into strips without the bones
  • 3 tbsp - Refined flour
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - Cumins powder
  • 1/4 kg - oil for frying.
  • How to Make Spicy Fish Fingers:

    1. Wash the fish and leave to dry.
    2. Mix the flour together with all the above ingredients (except the oil) with a little water to make batter.
    3. Coat each piece of fish well with the batter.
    4. Heat oil in a pan till smoky and fry the coated fish pieces till brown on both sides.
    5. Drain and serve hot.
