Ingredients

  • 2 cups - flaked fish
  • 2 - large Onions
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 4 tbsp - Coriander leaves
  • 4 tbsp - Mint leaves
  • 2 to 3 - Green chillies
  • 3 Cloves - Garlic
  • 1 - egg, beaten
  • 1" piece - Ginger
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 cup - bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • How to Make Spicy Fish Rolls:

    1. Grind onions, coriander, mint, green chillies, garlic and ginger into a smooth paste.
    2. Mix the paste with the masala powder and salt.
    3. Add egg, fish and 1 tbsp. oil. Mix well.
    4. Shape into sausage-shaped rolls. Roll them in bread crumbs.
    5. Keep aside for an hour.
    6. Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown. Serve hot.
