  • 200 g - okra (lady's finger)
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • For seasoning:
  • 3 tbsp - coriander powder
  • 1 tsp - amchoor powder
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric power
  • salt to taste

How to Make Spicy Fried Okra

  • Wash and dry the okra thoroughly. Remove the caps and tips, and make a vertical slit halfway into each okra.
  • Mix all the masalas together and fill this mixture into the okra slit.
  • Place the stuffed okras in a pie dish and pour some oil over them.
  • Microwave on high for 3-4 mins.
  • Serve hot with chapattis.
