Ingredients

  • 4 cups - cooked basmati Rice
  • 400 g - boneless Chicken
  • 200 g - shrimps
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 cup - cut vegetables (beans, carrots, capsicums)
  • 1 - Onion
  • 1 - Green chilli
  • Spring onions - a few
  • 3 tsp - soya sauce
  • 1 tsp - black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp - ajinomoto
  • 4 tbsp - oil (or more for frying)

How to Make Spicy Fried Rice

  • Cook basmati rice in a cooker with 1 tsp soya sauce, a pinch of ajinomoto, and salt.
  • And then in another pan, cook boneless chicken in 1 tsp soya sauce, 1 pinch ajinomoto, and little salt.
  • Grind it in a mixi and keep it aside.
  • In a frying pan, take a little oil and fry the vegetables in low flame and add little salt.
  • After it's little cooked, add 1 tsp soya sauce and add black pepper powder. Keep it aside.
  • Fry shredded chicken in little oil and add black pepper. Keep it aside.
  • Make shrimps in to small pieces and fry in little oil and then add little pepper. Keep it aside.
  • Take 2 eggs and fry in oil and put pepper. Keep it aside.
  • Finally, add everything in along wit the rice and mix well.
  • Add spring onions before serving.
