Ingredients

  • 1 oz - Cloves
  • 2 oz - Cardamoms
  • 1 oz - Cinnamon
  • 1 oz - pepper Corns
  • 1/4 oz - Fenugreek
  • 1 oz - Cumin seeds
  • 3 oz - coriander
  • 1/4 tsp - Nutmeg powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Mace powder
  • How to Make Spicy Garam Masala Powder:

    1. Roast coriander seeds, cumin, and fenugreek seeds separately for a few minutes.
    2. Combine all the roasted ingredients and dry grind in a mixer.
    3. Sieve the mixture and store in an air-tight jar.
