How to Make Spicy Green Chilli Pickle

  • Wash the green chilli and dry well.
  • Cut it into small pieces of 1 cm each.
  • Add mustard powder, gingili oil, lemon juice, salt, turmeric powder to the cut green chillies.
  • Mix well and bottle it.
  • It would take 3 or 4 days for the chillies to soak in the masala.
