  • 2 cups - Coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1 cup - Mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup - Curry leaves
  • 1 inch - Ginger pieces chopped
  • 5- Garlic pods
  • 1- Green chilli chopped
  • 2 tbsp - Corn flour
  • 1/4 tsp - Pepper powder
  • 1/2 cup - Milk
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil.
  • How to Make Spicy Green Soup:

    1. Heat oil in a pressure cooker and saute the chopped ginger and garlic until brown. Then add the chopped coriander leaves, mint leaves, and curry leaves and saute for 1-2 mins.
    2. Now add the chopped green chillies, salt, 2 cups of water and pressure cook until 3 whistles.
    3. Let it cool.
    4. Now blend it with a hand blender and strain the soup.
    5. Let it boil.
    6. Meanwhile mix the corn flour and milk together and add this to the boiling soup. Stir well it thickens.
    7. Remove from the stove and add the pepper powder to the spicy green soup.
    8. Serve them with toast.
