Ingredients

  • 500 g - baby potatoes, peeled and washed well.
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 2 tsp - tandoori masala powder
  • 2 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp - yogurt
  • 2 tbsp - Butter
  • salt to taste
  • chopped Coriander leaves and Onion rings for garnishing

How to Make Spicy Grilled Baby Potatoes

  • Marinate the baby potatoes with the chilli powder, tandoori masala powder, lemon juice, yogurt, butter and salt and set aside for an hour.
  • Place the potatoes on a greased baking tray and grill in a moderate oven (355 degrees F) for 30 mins or until evenly browned.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and onion rings.
