  • 500 g - mushrooms
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 2 tsp - tandoori masala powder
  • 2 tbsp - lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp - yogurt
  • 2 tbsp - butter
  • salt to taste
  • chopped coriander leaves and onion rings for garnishing

How to Make Spicy Grilled Mushrooms

  • Wash and clean the mushrooms.
  • Core them with a knife and brush a little oil.
  • Marinate the mushrooms with the chilli powder, tandoori masala powder, lemon juice, yogurt, butter and salt and set aside for an hour.
  • Place the marinated mushrooms on a greased baking tray and grill in a moderate oven (355 degrees F) for 30 mins until evenly browned.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and onion rings.
