Ingredients

  • 12 - tiger Prawns
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 3 tbsp - curds or yogurt
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1 tsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 2 tsp - oil

How to Make Spicy Grilled Tiger Prawns

  • Sieve, de-vein and wash the prawns well.
  • Marinate the prawns with all the above ingredients for about 45 mins.
  • Place the marinated prawns on a greased baking tray and grill in a hot oven for 10-15 mins.
  • Serve with onion rings and chips.
