  • 100 gms- noodles (medium size)
  • 2 medium Onions
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 1 small cup- Green peas
  • 2 small Carrots
  • 1/2 tsp- Pavbhaji Masala
  • 1/2 tsp- Curry Powder
  • 1/2 tsp- Paprika powder/ or pepper
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp- Oil
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Spicy Indian Noodles:

    1. Boil the noodles with salt and oil for 8 mins. Strain the noodles and keep aside. Boil the green peas, chopped carrots.
    2. Fry the onions transluscent, add chopped tomatoes and fry till the water dries out.
    3. Add the dry powders, boiled vegetables and stir fry.
    4. Add the beaten egg.
    5. Add the strained noodles and mix well. Add salt if necessary. You can enjoy the noodles with tomato sauce.
