How to Make Spicy Kadhi

  • Blend chickpea flour to curd and add 1.5 cups of water to this.
  • Add salt and sugar.
  • Cook in slow flame till it boils.
  • For seasoning, splutter mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida, fenugreek, cloves and cinnamon.
  • Then add green chilli, curry leaves and ginger.
  • Stir in this seasoning into the curd solution and garnish with coriander.
