  • 1 - onion
  • 1 - carrot
  • 1 - cucumber
  • 3 to 4 sprigs - coriander leaves
  • 1- tomato
  • 2 - methi khakra
  • 1/2 - lemon
  • red chilli powder
  • salt

How to Make Spicy khakra salad

  • Cut onion, carrot, cucumber, coriander leaves and tomato into really small/fine pieces.
  • Break khakra into small pieces.
  • Mix vegetable, add red chilli powder, salt and lemon juice.
  • Just before serving, mix the methi khakra to retain crispness.
