Ingredients

  • 200 g -macaroni
  • 1 - onion
  • 1 - tomato
  • 100 g - potato
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - garam masala
  • salt - to taste

How to Make Spicy Macaroni

  • Boil the macaroni with a dab of ghee for 2- 3 mins. Wash it in cold water and set aside.
  • Heat a kadai add oil and saute the onions and tomatoes for a while.
  • Add the potatoes and simmer the mixture.
  • Add the red chilli powder, garam masala and salt.
  • Now add the macaroni and cook for 2 mins.
  • Serve with tomato sauce and cheese.
