Ingredients

  • Paneer -1 slab [or] 150 gms
  • For marinade:
  • Turmeric powder-1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder-3 tsp
  • Chilli powder -4 tsp
  • Salt-to taste
  • Curd-200 gms
  • For paste:
  • 1 big onion
  • 1 big tomato
  • 1 small piece ginger
  • Garlic paste-1 tsp
  • Roasted peanuts-100 gms

How to Make Spicy masala Paneer

  • Cut the paneer into small cubes and take a bowl and add curd into it followed by all marinade ingredients.
  • Shake well and keep the paneer marinated in it for an hour. Grind the paste ingredients and keep aside.
  • Meanwhile, take out the paneer from the curd mixture and deep fry them.
  • Heat oil in kadai and fry the paste till oil appears on the sides of the kadai.
  • Add the curd mixture into it and fry it for some time until both the mixtures get blended well.
  • Once done, add the fried paneer and bring to a boil.
  • Serve hot with rotis or parathas.
