Ingredients

  • Garlic - 1 to 2 cloves
  • Peas - 1/2 cup
  • 100 g - Paneer
  • 1/2 inch - Ginger
  • Onion - 1
  • Tomato - 1/2
  • Green chillies - 3
  • Cilantro - 1/2 bundle
  • Oil
  • Salt

How to Make Spicy Matar Paneer

  • Heat some oil in a pan.
  • Fry paneer and keep it aside.
  • In the same pan, fry onion, garlic, ginger, green chillies.
  • Add the tomatoes and saute well.
  • Switch off the stove and add the cilantro to it.
  • Let it cool under the fan for 10 minutes.
  • Blend everything into a fine paste.
  • Pour the mixturr back into the pan. Add peas, salt and paneer to it.
  • Boil it once and serve hot in a serving bowl.
