  • 1 kg - mince Meat either Beef or Mutton
  • 2 big Onions chopped
  • 2 Tomatoes chopped
  • 1 tsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - chopped Mint
  • 4 tbsp - bread crumbs
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • salt to taste
  • 1 cup - water
  • 2 Chicken soup cubes
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • How to Make Spicy Mince Loaf:

    1. Wash the mince and drain off the water.
    2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil and the mince, onions, ginger-garlic paste, tomatoes, soup cubes, a little salt and simmer on low heat till the mince is cooked and the water dries up.
    3. Mix the cooked mince with half the breadcrumbs, pepper, chilli powder, chopped mint and a little more salt if required.
    4. Bind stiffly with the beaten egg.
    5. Butter an oblong loaf tin or dish and coat it with the remaining breadcrumbs.
    6. Pack in the cooked mince mixture tightly and cover with aluminium foil.
    7. Bake in a moderate oven (355 degrees ) for 40 -50 minutes.
    8. When cold, turn out on to a serving plate.
    9. Serve with bread and a green salad.
