Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp- oil
  • 50 gms- chopped Onion
  • 50 gms- chopped Garlic
  • 1 kg- Mushrooms
  • 1 tsp- Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp- Red Chilli paste
  • 1/2 kg- chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp- Almond and Coconut paste
  • 1 tsp- Jeera powder
  • 1 tsp- dhaniya powder
  • 1/2 tsp- Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp- black pepper powder
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Spicy Mushrooms:

    1. Heat oil in kadai and add chopped garlic and onion. Fry for a while.
    2. Add mushrooms and stir. Add ginger garlic paste and salt. It will leave water.
    3. Cover the kadai and cook for some time. Add red chilli paste and tomatoes. Cook for 5-10 minutes.
    4. Add almond, coconut paste and rest of the ingredients.
    5. Add a little water and cook for a while.
    6. Garnish with dhania leaves, capsicum and grated cheese. Serve hot.
