How to Make Spicy Mutton Curry

  • Heat the pan and add the oil.
  • When it is hot, add the cut onions and lightly fry till golden colour.
  • Now add the ground masala paste, and all the powders and keep stirring till the oil starts separating from the masala.
  • Now add the mutton and enough water for the meat to cook.
  • Keep on medium flame until the meat is fully - cooked
  • Remove from fire and add coriander leaves for garnishing.
