Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - Mutton kheema
  • 1 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 - medium Onion
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Dhania powder
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1 tsp - Coconut paste
  • 5 - stems of coriander
  • 2 tsp - Ghee
  • 2 cups - water
  • How to Make Spicy Mutton Kofta:

    1. Clean the keema. Add all the ingredients to it and grind it.
    2. Make small balls with keema.
    3. Take 2 cups of water in a pan.
    4. When water is simmering, put keema balls in it. Add ghee also.
    5. When all water has been absorbed, turn off the gas.
    6. Serve koftas with rice or with chapatti.
