How to Make Spicy Mutton Kurma

  • Clean and cut the mutton into medium pieces.
  • Grind the coconut, green chilly, roasted gram, fennel seeds, jeera, khus khus, cashews, garlic into a smooth paste.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Add the mutton to it and saute for 5 mins.
  • Then add the ground masala to it and saute until brown.
  • Take a pressure cooker, add the chicken, salt and water. Now cook it on high for 5-10 mins.
  • Let it cool.
  • Serve hot with rotis, parathas, or boiled rice.
