How to Make Spicy Mutton Sambar

  • Wash the mutton.
  • Grind the onion, tomato, coriander leaves, turmeric powder and sambhar powder well.
  • Put washed mutton in cooker, add oil, turmeric powder and cover it. Cook for 10 minutes, then add the ground masala.
  • Next add the coconut paste and salt for taste.
  • Finally add 5 to 6 drops of lemon juice.
  • Cover the cooker and wait for 4-5 whistles. Serve it with white rice.
