Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - Mutton
  • 1 - 2 - chopped Onions
  • 1 - Tomato
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp - Coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp - Sambar Powder
  • 2-3 - Garlic
  • 1 inch - Ginger
  • 2 tbsp - Coconut Paste
  • How to Make Spicy Mutton Sambar:

    1. Wash the mutton.
    2. Grind the onion, tomato, coriander leaves, turmeric powder and sambhar powder well.
    3. Put washed mutton in cooker, add oil, turmeric powder and cover it. Cook for 10 minutes, then add the ground masala.
    4. Next add the coconut paste and salt for taste.
    5. Finally add 5 to 6 drops of lemon juice.
    6. Cover the cooker and wait for 4-5 whistles. Serve it with white rice.
