Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp - Maida
  • 1 tsp - chopped pundina/mint
  • 1 tsp - chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp - grated Coconut
  • 1 tsp - chopped Green chillies
  • 1 cup - sour curds
  • A pinch - Red Chilli powder
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Spicy Mysore Bonda:

    1. Mix maida, chopped pudina/mint, coriander, grated coconut, chopped green chilly, salt (as per taste) and a pinch of red chilli powder with curd to make a semi solid mixture.
    2. Heat oil in a pan and drop the semi-solid mixture and deep-fry.
    3. Serve bondas with mint chutney.
