How to Make Spicy Mysore Bonda

  • Mix maida, chopped pudina/mint, coriander, grated coconut, chopped green chilly, salt (as per taste) and a pinch of red chilli powder with curd to make a semi solid mixture.
  • Heat oil in a pan and drop the semi-solid mixture and deep-fry.
  • Serve bondas with mint chutney.
