Ingredients

  • 250 g - boiled pasta.
  • 2 tbsp - pasta sauce.
  • 2 tbsp - sweet curd.
  • 2 tbsp - green chutney.
  • 1 - onion, chopped.
  • 2 - green chillies, chopped.
  • 2 - green chillies, whole.
  • 1 - lemon.
  • A bunch - coriander leaves.
  • 50 g - nylon sev.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder|

How to Make Spicy Pasta Chaat

  • For the green chutney:
  • Take two green chillies, salt, some coriander leaves, and 1 tbsp lemon juice and blend in the mixer.
  • For the chaat:
  • In a bowl, mix the boiled pasta and pasta sauce.
  • Add curd, green chutney and chopped green chillies, onion, and coriander leaves.
  • Spread the nylon sev over it.
  • Sprinkle salt and red chilli powder.
  • Serve immediately.
