Ingredients

  • 250 g - boiled pasta.
  • 2 tbsp - Pasta sauce.
  • 2 tbsp - sweet curd.
  • 2 tbsp - green chutney.
  • 1 - onion, chopped.
  • 2 - green chillies, chopped.
  • 2 - green chillies, whole.
  • 1 - lemon.
  • A bunch - coriander leaves.
  • 50 g - nylon sev.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder|
  • How to Make Spicy Pasta Chaat:

    1. For the green chutney:
    2. Take two green chillies, salt, some coriander leaves, and 1 tbsp lemon juice and blend in the mixer.
    3. For the chaat:
    4. In a bowl, mix the boiled pasta and pasta sauce.
    5. Add curd, green chutney and chopped green chillies, onion, and coriander leaves.
    6. Spread the nylon sev over it.
    7. Sprinkle salt and red chilli powder.
    8. Serve immediately.
