Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - Boneless Chicken
  • 3-4 tbsp- Oil
  • For the Paste
  • 3/4 cup - Grated Coconut
  • 2 tbsp - Jeera powder
  • 4-5 - Red Chillies
  • 6 - Garlic Flakes
  • 3 tbsp - pepper powder (to suit your taste)
  • Few - karipatha leaves
  • 1 cup - water

How to Make Spicy pepper Chicken

  • Make a paste of all the above said ingredients except the chicken and oil.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add the paste to it and add salt to taste.
  • Mix it well, add the chicken pieces and one cup water. Keep the pan covered at medium heat till the chicken is cooked.
  • Serve hot with rice.
