  • 6 -8- medium sized crabs or 5 big ones cleaned and shelled
  • 2 tsp - ground pepper powder
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 2- Onions sliced finely
  • 2- Green chillies slit lengthwise
  • salt
  • 4 tbsp - oil
  • How to Make Spicy pepper Crabs:

    1. Marinate the crabs with the pepper powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt.
    2. Keep aside for 15 mins.
    3. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large pan and saute the onions for some time.
    4. Add the green chillies and fry for 2 mins.
    5. Add the marinated crabs and mix well.
    6. Add a little water and cook on low heat till the prawns are cooked.
    7. Keep frying till all the water dries up.
