Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Wheat flour
  • 1 cup - All purpose flour (Maida)
  • 1 tsp - Chilli Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pinch of Asafoetida
  • 1/4 tsp - Cumins powder
  • 4 tsp - Oil

How to Make Spicy Poories

  • Mix the above ingredients into a dough by adding water and 4 tsp of oil. Keep it aside for about 15-20 mins. Make puries and deep fry in oil. Serve hot with pickle or chutney.
