Ingredients

  • Pappad – 2
  • Onion – 1
  • Tomato – 1
  • Coriander leaves (optional)
  • Green chilli – 1
  • Salt to Taste
  • Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
  • Pepper Powder to Taste
  • Chat Masala – 1/2 tsp
  • How to Make Spicy Poppadoms:

    1. Finely chop Onion, Tomato, Chilli and Coriander leaves
    2. Cut the large Poppadum into 4 quarters.
    3. In a 700W microwave oven roast Pappad for 1 min on 1 side, turn over and repeat the sameMix well all the chopped ingredients with Pepper powder, Chat masala, Salt and Lemon juice
    4. Spread the mix evenly on the Pappad, serve hot as an accompaniment.
