How to Make Spicy Poppadoms

  • Finely chop Onion, Tomato, Chilli and Coriander leaves
  • Cut the large Poppadum into 4 quarters.
  • In a 700W microwave oven roast Pappad for 1 min on 1 side, turn over and repeat the sameMix well all the chopped ingredients with Pepper powder, Chat masala, Salt and Lemon juice
  • Spread the mix evenly on the Pappad, serve hot as an accompaniment.
