  • 750 gms - tender pork cut into medium size pieces
  • 2 - big onions, sliced
  • 2 - big tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 - green chillies, slit lengthwise
  • 2 tsp - pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp - vinegar
  • 2 - big potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tsp - Worcestershire sauce

How to Make Spicy Pork Casserole

  • Wash the pork and place in a greased oven proof dish.
  • Cover the meat with the sliced onions, tomatoes, green chillies and potato slices.
  • Sprinkle salt, pepper, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce so as to cover the entire dish.
  • Shake the dish so that the seasonings seep into the chops.
  • Cover the dish with a lid or with or with aluminium foil and bake in a moderate oven (355 degrees F) for about 45 minutes.
  • Serve hot with toast and steamed vegetables.
