Ingredients

  • 1 kg - pork chops
  • 4 - green chillies
  • 2 tsp - lime juice
  • 1 tsp - mustard powder
  • 3 tbsp - Worcestershire/soya sauce
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • salt
  • 2 tsp - oil
  • 1 tsp - peppercorns
  • 3 - onions, sliced finely
  • 2 tbsp - vinegar
  • 2 - one inch pieces of cinnamon
  • 3 - cloves
  • 3 - potatoes, boiled and cut into halves

How to Make Spicy pork chops

  • Marinate the chops with all the ingredients (except the potatoes) for about one hour.
  • Transfer it to a suitable pan and cook it on high heat for about 3 mins stirring occasionally.
  • Add 2 cups of water and simmer on low heat till the chops are tender.
