How to Make Spicy pork curry

  • Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add the mustard seeds to it.
  • When they begin to crackle, add the curry leaves and onions and fry it till they are golden brown in colour.
  • Add the chilli powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, powdered spices, ginger-garlic paste to it and fry for some time.
  • Add the pork, salt, tomato puree to it and keep frying it for some time.
  • Add sufficient water and pressure cook it for about 20 mins on high heat till the pork is cooked.
