  • 1/2 kg - pork liver, cut into medium-size pieces
  • 4 - onions, sliced finely
  • 4 - green chillies
  • 3 tsp - pepper powder
  • 2 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - all spice powder
  • 1 tbsp - ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp - vinegar
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • salt

How to Make Spicy pork liver fry

  • Wash the liver pieces and cook it in sufficient water and salt till they are soft.
  • Remove it from the stove and strain away the soup.
  • Fry these pieces lightly in a little oil and keep it aside.
  • Add a little more oil to the pan, and then fry the sliced onions and green chillies for a few minutes.
  • Add the ginger garlic paste and saute for some time.
  • Add all the other ingredients and the leftover soup and mix it well.
  • Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
  • Add the fried liver pieces, vinegar and salt and simmer on low heat till the gravy is quite thick.
  • Serve it with bread or rice.
