  • 1/2 kg - Pork liver, cut into medium-size pieces
  • 4 - onions, sliced finely
  • 4 - Green chillies
  • 3 tsp - pepper powder
  • 2 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - all spice powder
  • 1 tbsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp - Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • salt
  • How to Make Spicy pork liver fry:

    1. Wash the liver pieces and cook it in sufficient water and salt till they are soft.
    2. Remove it from the stove and strain away the soup.
    3. Fry these pieces lightly in a little oil and keep it aside.
    4. Add a little more oil to the pan, and then fry the sliced onions and green chillies for a few minutes.
    5. Add the ginger garlic paste and saute for some time.
    6. Add all the other ingredients and the leftover soup and mix it well.
    7. Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
    8. Add the fried liver pieces, vinegar and salt and simmer on low heat till the gravy is quite thick.
    9. Serve it with bread or rice.
