  • 3 - large potatoes
  • 2- medium size onions
  • 3- green chillies
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp - garam masala
  • 2 tsp - gram flour
  • 2 tsp - chopped coriander leaves
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - lemon juice
  • Oil for frying.

How to Make Spicy Potato Nuggets

  • Cook the potatoes, peel the skin and mash well.
  • Chop the onions, green chillies and coriander leaves finely.
  • Mix the mashed potatoes together with the chopped onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, chopped garlic, garam masala, gram flour, lemon juice and salt.
  • Form small balls then flatten them.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the potato nuggets till golden brown.
  • Serve hot with tomato sauce.
