Ingredients

  • 10 - beans, cut into long slices
  • 2 - carrots, cut into long slices
  • 4 - onions, sliced
  • 5 - potatoes, sliced
  • Tomato sauce and soy sauce - to taste
  • salt, pepper - to taste
  • One pinch ajinomoto
  • Mustard Seeds
  • Oil
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing
  • How to Make Spicy Potatoes:

    1. Heat some oil and fry potatoes. Keep aside.
    2. Next, add some more oil if needed and splutter mustard seeds.
    3. Add the onions, carrots, beans, with salt and pepper, and let the vegetables soften.
    4. Then add the potatoes and the sauces.
    5. Put it into the serving bowl, garnish and serve hot.
