  • 10 - beans, cut into long slices
  • 2 - carrots, cut into long slices
  • 4 - onions, sliced
  • 5 - potatoes, sliced
  • Tomato sauce and soy sauce - to taste
  • salt, pepper - to taste
  • One pinch ajinomoto
  • Mustard seeds
  • Oil
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing

How to Make Spicy Potatoes

  • Heat some oil and fry potatoes. Keep aside.
  • Next, add some more oil if needed and splutter mustard seeds.
  • Add the onions, carrots, beans, with salt and pepper, and let the vegetables soften.
  • Then add the potatoes and the sauces.
  • Put it into the serving bowl, garnish and serve hot.
