Ingredients

  • 12 Prawns
  • 1 tomato, chopped finely
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped Parsley
  • Mix together for Dressing-
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped Lemon grass
  • 3 tsp Any sauce
  • 5 green chillies, finely chopped
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp crushed Mint leaves
  • 1 small raw mango, chopped finely
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • salt as per taste

How to Make Spicy Prawn Salad

  • Refrigerate the dressing for 1 hour.
  • Clean and de-vein prawn.
  • Slit them keeping intact.
  • Boil in hot water till cooked.
  • Drain and keep aside till cool.
  • In a salad dish, mix prawn and tomato.
  • Pour the dressing over it.
  • Toss the salad.
  • Garnish with parsley leaves and serve.
