Ingredients

  • 12 Prawns
  • 1 tomato, chopped finely
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped Parsley
  • Mix together for Dressing-
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped Lemon grass
  • 3 tsp Any sauce
  • 5 green chillies, finely chopped
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp crushed Mint leaves
  • 1 small raw mango, chopped finely
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • salt as per taste
  • How to Make Spicy Prawn Salad:

    1. Refrigerate the dressing for 1 hour.
    2. Clean and de-vein prawn.
    3. Slit them keeping intact.
    4. Boil in hot water till cooked.
    5. Drain and keep aside till cool.
    6. In a salad dish, mix prawn and tomato.
    7. Pour the dressing over it.
    8. Toss the salad.
    9. Garnish with parsley leaves and serve.
