  • 1/2 kg - medium sized Prawns cleaned and de-veined
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - Cumins powder
  • 2 Onions sliced finely
  • salt to taste
  • 4 tbsp - oil
  • 2 tbsp - chopped Coriander leaves for garnishing
  • How to Make Spicy Prawns Fry:

    1. Wash the prawns well and mix in the chilli powder, turmeric powder, Cumins powder and salt.
    2. Heat the oil in a large pan and saute the onions for some time.
    3. Add the marinated prawns and mix well.
    4. Add a little water and cook on low heat till the prawns are cooked.
    5. Keep frying till all the water dries up.
    6. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
