Ingredients

  • 250 gms - Prawns
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • 1 bunch - onion, chopped
  • 12 Cloves - garlic, finely chopped
  • 1-inch piece - ginger, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp - Maggi black pepper mix
  • 1/2 cup - water
  • How to Make Spicy Prawns in Black Pepper Sauce:

    1. Wash, clean and devein prawns. Drain out the water thoroughly.
    2. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan.
    3. Add chopped spring onions and fry it till it is golden brown in colour.
    4. Add chopped garlic and ginger to it.
    5. Saute for 2 - 3 minutes.
    6. Add prawns, 1 packet Maggi black pepper mix and 1/2 cup water to it.
    7. Cover it with a lid and cook on low to medium heat till it is done.
    8. Serve it hot with rotis.
