  • 2 tbsp - Butter
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 cuts - chopped Pumpkin
  • 6 cups - water
  • 1 cup - Milk
  • 1 - small stick of Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp - sugar, salt and pepper to taste.

How to Make Spicy Pumpkin Soup

  • Heat butter in a pan and saute the onions till transparent.
  • Add all the remaining ingredients and simmer on low heat for about 12 to 15 mins till the pumpkin is soft.
  • Mash the pumpkin to a smooth paste and add a little more water if the soup is too thick.
  • Serve hot with croutons.
