Ingredients

  • 1 kg - Chicken
  • 2 tbsp - Dhania,
  • 15 - Red Chillies
  • 2 pods - Garlic
  • Whole Garam Masala
  • 1/2 tsp - Haldi powder
  • 2 tbsp - Soya Sauce
  • 6 - big Onions
  • Salt
  • Oil for frying

How to Make Spicy Red Chicken Fry

  • Make a paste of red chillies, garlic, garam masala and dhania.
  • Mix this paste with the chicken pieces
  • Add haldi powder, soya sauce, salt and add sliced onions along with it and marinate it for 1/2 hour.
  • Shallow fry it. Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot.
