Ingredients

  • 10-12 - Bedgi dry Red Chillies
  • 12 flakes - Garlic
  • Tamarind - according to your taste
  • salt
  • Chilli powder (optional)
  • How to Make Spicy Red Chilli Chutney:

    1. Soak the chillies in warm water for 10 minutes. Drain and keep aside.
    2. Add some water to the tamarind ball (size of a small lemon) and crush it.
    3. Grind the chillies, garlic flakes, the tamarind paste, and salt.
    4. Add the drained water to the mixer and make a fine paste.
    5. This chutney is spicy and can be eaten with upma, parathas and bread.
