How to Make Spicy Red Chilli Chutney

  • Soak the chillies in warm water for 10 minutes. Drain and keep aside.
  • Add some water to the tamarind ball (size of a small lemon) and crush it.
  • Grind the chillies, garlic flakes, the tamarind paste, and salt.
  • Add the drained water to the mixer and make a fine paste.
  • This chutney is spicy and can be eaten with upma, parathas and bread.
