  • Sago -250 g
  • Potatoes - 3
  • Coriander leaves - one bunch
  • Green chillies - 10
  • Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste.

How to Make Spicy Sabudhani Bonda

  • Soak sago in water for ten minutes and drain.
  • Boil the potatoes and mash it adding salt.
  • Add green chillies and red chilli powder to the above mixture and mix well
  • Shape the dough into desired shapes and deep fry till golden brown.
