Ingredients

  • Oil - 3 tbsp
  • Onion, minced - 1 cup
  • Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Chilli powder - 2 tsp
  • Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
  • Tomato puree - 3 to 4 tbsp
  • Salt

How to Make Spicy Sauce

  • Heat the oil in a pan. Fry onion till light brown.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste and fry till fragrant.
  • Add chilli powder, garam masala, tomato puree, salt and 1/3 cup of water.
  • Simmer till thick. Serve with pakodas.
