  • Cooked Pasta - 1.5 box
  • Big onions, finely chopped - 2
  • Tomatoes, finely chopped - 6
  • Garlic cloves, finely chopped - 15
  • Tomato puree - 1 can
  • Heavy whipped Cream - 1.5 cup
  • Parsley, finely chopped - 2 tbsp
  • Basil, finely chopped
  • Crushed red peppers - 4 tbsp
  • Shrimps/Chicken/Beef (for Non Veg option) - 2 cups
  • Broccoli - 1 cup (for Veg Option)
  • Asparagus - 1 cup (for Veg Option)
  • Salt as per your taste
  • Olive oil
  • How to Make Spicy Shahi Pasta:

    1. To prepare Shahi Sauce:
    2. Heat Olive oil in kadai.
    3. Add crushed red peppers and 10 crushed garlic cloves till you get garlic aroma.
    4. Put the onions and cook till the onions are translucent and then add tomato puree.
    5. After the mix is well cooked. Add chopped tomatoes. Let these tomatoes maintain its size and texture.
    6. Add salt, parsley and basil.
    7. Add heavy whipped cream and bring it to boil.
    8. The sauce is now ready. Remove this and keep it aside till we are about to bring the entire dish together.
    9. To cook Shrimp/Chicken/Beef or Vegetables:
    10. Heat a little olive oil in kadai.
    11. Add crushed red peppers and crushed garlic cloves, as per your desired flavor of it being garlicy, till you get garlic aroma.
    12. Now add shrimps/chicken/beef (for non-veg) or broccoli and asparagus (for veg).
    13. Let it cook for a while so that they maintain their texture and form but are about 85% cooked.
    14. Creating Shahi Pasta:
    15. Heat olive oil in kadai,
    16. Add crushed red peppers as per your taste.
    17. Add cooked pasta and toss it in the mix for about couple of seconds.
    18. Now add shrimps/chicken/beef/Veg mix and toss well.
    19. Add the shahi sauce. Toss and cook.
    20. Serve it on a Serving dish.
    21. Garnish it with fresh parsley, chopped basil and crushed red peppers.
